Connecting a Marketing 360® Call Tracking Number to your Leads Inbox is simple! Once connected, any lead that calls your tracking number will appear in your Leads Inbox.
Send call tracking leads to your Leads Inbox:
- Navigate to the Intelligence app.
- Select the Settings tab, then select Call Tracking on the left-hand sidebar.
- Click to edit your call tracking number, or create a new call tracking number.
- Make sure the “Mark as Lead” checkbox is checked.
- If you want to record calls and have the recording appear alongside the Lead information in the Leads Inbox, select "Record Calls".
- Click to save your changes if necessary.
Then, make sure your call tracking number is Enabled in the CRM Leads Inbox.
- Navigate to the CRM app and open the Leads Inbox tab.
- Select Call Tracking on the left-hand sidebar.
- Make sure the number you want to track is enabled.
- Click on the overflow menu next to the desired call tracking number, and select Field Mapping.
- Next to “Create leads directly as CRM Contacts”, make sure the box is unchecked.
- Click Save.
All calls to your call tracking number will now populate in your CRM Leads Inbox!
