Explore Your Marketing 360® Dashboard

Note: This Marketing 360® Dashboard will only be available for certain customers. Existing customers will remain on the old version of the Marketing 360 Dashboard until they have moved to our new self-service billing system. 

The Marketing 360® Dashboard is your starting point where you can see account details, monitor account activity, learn about new product updates and more. 

Your Updates

The Your Updates section is where you will be notified of important Marketing 360 news such as new app features, products and more. Click on the link next to an update to learn more about that specific update, or click the "X" next to an update to dismiss it from your update feed. 

After you have clicked either the "X" or the link next to the update, it will disappear from your Update feed, and can be replaced with a new one. 

Once you have gone through all your active updates, this section will disappear from your dashboard until you have a new update. 

Your Apps

Here is where you can view the apps within your Marketing 360 account. 

Account Owners can customize what apps you want to appear on your main dashboard by clicking on the Customize link, then customizing app visibility from your Settings page. 

Subscriptions & Licenses

Here is where you can view what subscription and licenses are associated with your Marketing 360 account. Click the "Upgrade" button to make changes to your subscription. 

Recent Activity

View a snapshot of the recent activity in your account on the Recent Activity feed. Click the “View All Activity” link to navigate to your Activity Detail page, where you can view more activity within your account.

The Resources section is where you can access Tips & Trick content, quickly contact our Support team, or quickly reach out to your Marketing 360 Account manager.
