You can add your business to over 50 local listing directory sites and control the information that appears on those pages within your Marketing 360® dashboard by activating the Listings app.
You can activate Listings for your business location by navigating to one of these areas within your Marketing 360® dashboard:
- Select Listings from the App Bar dropdown menu on the top-left corner of your dashboard.
- Navigate to Settings > Locations and click the Activate Listings button next to the desired business location.
- Select Activate Listings on the Edit Location dashboard under Settings > Locations.
If you have not yet purchased the Listings product for your account, then you will be prompted to call our Marketing Consultants to add Listings to your account. If you have already purchased Listings, then you will be directed to the Setup Wizard to activate the app.
Setup Listings Using the Setup Wizard
Once you have purchased the Listings app, then you will see the Setup Wizard (accessible at one of the three locations mentioned above). Walk through the Setup Wizard to complete the activation process:
- Step 1: Click Start to enter your business name. The wizard will crawl the web to find any existing listings on third-party directory sites, as well as find directories where your business isn't listed yet.
- Step 2: Complete your business profile. Review all information and add any missing information (for example, your website link, hours of operation, or your logo).
- Step 3: Connect your business to Listings. This will sync your Top Rated Local® profile to over 50 directory and listing websites.
Once you have completed the setup process, you will be directed to the Listings Overview page to manage your connected business listings.
Listings Setup Statuses
After you walk through the Setup Wizard, you can view the status of your business locations' connection to Listings by navigating to the Settings app and selecting Locations on the left-hand sidebar.
On the right-hand side of each business location, you will see a status of your Listings:
- Connected means your Listings have been connected. Click View Details to jump to the Listings app where you can view the connected location.
- Pending can indicate your Listings are processing, or that they are pending for another reason. Clicking View Details will link over to the Listings app where you’ll see more information on the pending location.
- Error will display when a listing has been canceled or when another issue has been detected. Click View Details find our more details about the error.
Add Additional Locations
You can activate Listings for additional business locations by navigating to one of the following areas within your Marketing 360® dashboard.
If you have not yet purchased Listings for any additional locations, then you will be prompted to call our Marketing Consultants to add Listings for additional locations. If you have already purchased additional locations, then you will be directed to the Setup Wizard to activate the app for those locations.
Listings Dashboard
- Select Listings from the App Bar dropdown menu on the top-left corner of your dashboard.
- On the top-right corner of the Listings dashboard, select the arrow next to Edit Location and select Add Listing from the dropdown menu.

- Select Settings from the App Bar dropdown menu on the left-hand corner of your dashboard.
- Select Locations on the left-hand sidebar.
- Find the desired business location and click the Activate Listings button.

- Navigate to the Location Settings dashboard and click on the desired location from the list to edit it.
- Scroll down to the section labeled Upgrade your account to optimize your listings, and select Activate Listings.
