Add or Manage Users on a UXi® Website

The UXi® platform is no longer being supported as of 2024. If your website is still on the UXi platform, you may experience service interruptions. Please contact support@marketing360.com to move your website to the Websites 360® platform.

You can use the Users dashboard on your UXi® site to add, remove, or edit the users who are able to access your website dashboard. You can change a user's access level and set a new password if they are locked out of their account.

To access the Users dashboard, find the "user" icon on the left-hand sidebar.

Clicking directly on the "user" icon will take you immediately to the "All Users" page. Hovering over it will cause a dropdown menu to appear:

• To quickly add a new user, select Add New.
• To jump to your profile to make edits, select Your Profile.
• Click Log out to end your session.

Add a New User

To add a new user, hover over the "users" icon on the left-hand sidebar and select Add New from the dropdown (or click Add New from the top of the Users dashboard).
