Logging in to Your Website

The process for logging on to your website, obtaining login credentials, or resetting your password can depend on which website platform you are using. 

Below, you can find where to login instructions for your website editing dashboard based on which platform your site is built on.

If you do not recall your password, please click "Lost Your Password?" below the login screen to receive a password reset link via email.

Selecting the "Websites" option from the App Bar dropdown menu in Marketing 360® will bring you to the Websites 360® login page. If you try to reset your password but receive "this user was not found or may already exist" error message, then your website is likely hosted on either the Woo360® or UXi® platform.

If you do not know which platform your website is using, or if you cannot recall which email address you used for your website logins, please submit a ticket to our Support Team. For your security, our Support Team does not have access to view or reset your password. However, they can provide the next steps to help you recover your account access.
