- Click the Menu Icon (≡) and then click Setup > Setup Appointments & Emails
- Click the Online Booking tab
- Under BOOKING OPTIONS, click the checkbox next to Send Online Booking Notification
- In the field to the right, enter the email address(es) to receive a notification when a client books online.
- Click Save
Once enabled, any time a client books an appointment online an email will be sent to the email addresses.
Pro Tip: To enter multiple recipient emails, use a comma in between the emails.
Example: firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com
