How do I sell a gift certificate or gift card?
- Open a current ticket or go to Check Out, then click the Other tab.
- Enter a Gift Number (Required)
- Type the number into the field or select the field and scan the barcode on the gift card. This field has a maximum of 20 characters.
- Enter a Gift Amount (Required)
- Enter a Gift Recipient if applicable.
- Select a Gift Expiration if applicable.
- Enter a Gift Message if applicable.
- Select a Worker if applicable.
- Click Add to Ticket.
- Apply a Full Payment for the gift to be activated.
- On the completed ticket page, the gift can be emailed or printed.
Note: To update the look of the Gift Template go to Setup > Setup Appointments & Emails > Gift Template.
