Businesses can require a card on file to book an appointment online. It will override any existing online deposits required and only require a Card on File.
Location: Setup > Setup Appointments & Emails > Online Booking
Scroll down to Display Options and check the box labeled Required Card on File to Book to turn on this feature.
Note: Integrated credit card processing with Marketing 360 Payments is required for this feature. For more information on Payments integrated processing, contact our Payments team.
