Gift List Report

The Gift List Report generates a list of the gifts sold in-store and online.
Select Begin and End Dates and the report type options:
  1. Issued will display a list of gift certificates issued on the dates selected
  2. Expired will display a list of gifts that expire on the dates selected
  3. No Expiry Date will display a list of gifts that do not have an expiration date purchased between the dates selected
The Gift List Report includes the following:
  1. Gift Recipient
  2. Gift Number
  3. Issue Date
  4. Expiration Date
  5. Original Amount
  6. Current Balance
  7. Last Used
  8. At the bottom of the report the sales and remaining balance in gifts will display.
