Due to platform updates and changing data policies, Instagram and Facebook ad data can no longer be separated in the Marketing 360® Ads app. Starting on December 16, 2021, Instagram and Facebook will be reported as a single channel in the Marketing 360® Ads app.
This change will affect the reports you see in the Ads app, and you may notice a difference in your ad metrics within Marketing 360®.
This update will not directly impact your existing Facebook or Instagram ads — it is simply a new way of displaying your ad data. Merging this data will make reporting more accurate and consistent across Marketing 360® and Facebook’s Ad Manager.
