Bulk-Approve Pending Social Posts (Legacy)

The Legacy Social app will be active through the end of 2024. Post scheduling on the Legacy Social app ends November 1st, but you can edit posts and access your media library until December 31st. Switch to the new Social app for AI captions, Canva, Pexels, and more!
 

If you would like to quickly approve multiple pending social posts, then you can do so from the "Week" view of the Social Calendar.

1. Navigate to the Social App, then select the Calendar tab at the top of the page.
2. On the top-right corner filter the calendar to the Week view using the dropdown menu toggle.
3. All pending posts for the displayed week will appear here. Hover over each post to quickly Approve and Schedule it.
