Post Statuses indicate the state in which a post is in. The status of a post can be seen on the "Week" view and "Day" view within the Social Calendar as a tag on the post. Using the status filters will show posts only for the selected status.
|After all posts are created they start as a draft. Posts under this status can be edited, deleted, sent for approval or scheduled based on user account permissions. Drafts are posts that have yet to move forward in the process.
|Posts that have an outstanding approval request. Account owners, managers, and social approvers can approve or deny these posts.
|Any post that is set to publish for the selected date and time. Scheduled posts can be unscheduled and will then be marked as a draft up to the publishing date/time.
|Any post that had an approval request rejected. Users must provide feedback comments on the post for desired changes. To update denied posts, make the appropriate edits and re-send for approval or schedule the post given user permissions.
|Any post that attempted to publish to the platform and encountered an issue. See “Troubleshooting Failed Social Posts” for more help. Failed posts will require additional actions to fix issues and successfully publish to your profiles. Once required changes are made, schedule the post, or send for approval to clear the errors. This should update the post status as well.
|Any post that has successfully published on the selected date and profile. There are no actions that can be taken on published posts. They cannot be removed from a social profile from within the Marketing 360® software.
