When booking a service from within the Scheduling app, you can collect payment during the booking process. This allows your customers to pay for their services at the time of booking, for example, while speaking to them over the phone. This feature eliminates the need to take a payment on-site when the customer shows up in person.
This function is only available to the Owner user role in Marketing 360®.
How to Use the Booking Payment Form
- Navigate to the Scheduling app.
- Click the blue Book button near the top right corner of the Scheduling app.
- Select the Service you would like to collect payment for.
- Select the date and time for the service.
- Select the service provider employee (if applicable).
- Select an existing customer, or click Add Customer button to add a new customer.
- Under Pay Now or Later, select Credit Card.
- Enter the payment information in the Card Details field (the name will be inherited from a selected customer, but can be edited if needed).
- Confirm by clicking blue Charge {amount} and Book button.
