When setting up a Text Marketing campaign, the system will not accept certain characters in your texts. Below is a list of all special characters that cannot be used.

| ’ | Slanted apostrophe. Use the ' apostrophe instead. |
| – | Dash (hyphens (-) will still work). |
| 😀 | Any Emoji |
| É, Ä, Ñ, Ę, Ś, Š |
Any letters with accent marks/diacritical marks (e.g. a tilde, umlaut, or circonflexe) |
