You can view which users on your email list are no longer receiving your emails, whether their emails "bounced" or if they unsubscribed from your list. You can also export the list of users in a CSV file.
To view which users unsubscribed from your email list, navigate to the Nurture app in Marketing 360®:
- Under Email Marketing, select Email Lists at the top of the page.
- Select Suppressions on the left-hand sidebar.
- You will see a list of all email addresses that are on your "suppression list". The Reason column will show why that user is on the suppression list - whether their email bounced or if they manually unsubscribed from your list.
You can select Export List on the top-right corner of the page to download the list of users in a CSV file. The CSV will include user's the email addresses, the reason for being on the suppression list, and the date that each user was added to the suppression list.
