When you create a from, you may also want to create a new Contact Type in the CRM to make sure that the customers that submit the form can be segmented within your CRM by their type.
To manage the Contact Types in your CRM, navigate to the Global App Bar in the top-left corner of your dashboard, and select CRM.
On your main CRM Overview, look for the vertical ellipses (three vertical dots) in the top-right corner of your list of CRM Contacts. In the dropdown appears, select Edit Contact Types.
You will be directed to your list of Contact Types. To add a new Contact Type, select the blue +Add Contact Type button. Once you've entered the name, just click save.
Alternatively, you can edit an existing Contact Type by clicking the three-dot icon to the right of any type and selecting Edit. You can then give the Contact Type a new name and save it.
