If you are using Madwire® to manage your YouTube marketing strategy, then you will need to add your Marketing Success Manager to your YouTube account.
- To get started, log in to your YouTube account. Click your user icon at the top-right corner of the page, then select Settings from the dropdown menu.

We are only able to work with Brand Channels. Check to see if you have a Brand Channel:

If you see the channel managers section with the option to Add or remove manager(s), you have a Brand Channel. Please proceed to the steps below.

If you DO NOT see Add or remove manager(s), you have a Personal Channel and won’t be able to add us. Please refer to How to Change a Personal YouTube Channel to a Brand Channel.

- Select Add or remove manager(s).
- Select Manage Permissions.

Click the icon in the top right corner to add new users. Add m360+youtube@madwiremedia.com and choose Manager as the role.

Click the Invite button then click Done when complete.

Please notify your Success Manager that the invite is sent.
IMPORTANT:
Do not send the invite from YouTube Studio settings. We cannot accept invites this way. If you do not see the Add or remove manager(s) option under your channel settings, please refer to How to Change a Personal YouTube Channel to a Brand Channel.
