The world has changed a lot over the past several years, and with it, so has the way consumers prefer to book appointments and reservations. In one survey, a whopping 70% of respondents said that they preferred to book appointments online given the option. Compare that to only 20% of respondents who claimed to prefer booking appointments over the phone.
