On July 31, 2022, the Shop integration with Amazon will come to an end. This means that anyone who uses the Marketing 360® Shop App to sell their products on Amazon will no longer have access to these functions; their products will not be uploaded to Amazon through the Shop App, and their Amazon orders will not be synchronized with the Shop App.
This is happening because Amazon is updating the API that we use for transferring product listings to their platform. Because of this change, the API will no longer be compatible with our platform.
Please note that while our integration with Amazon will be ending, your stores and shop data (including products, orders, settings, etc.) will not be impacted.
We understand how important Amazon is as a sales channel for some merchants. Below are two recommended solutions to keep selling their products on Amazon after July 31.
1. Use the Third-Party Integration Codisto
You can sync your Shop App with Codisto, a company that focuses on building integrations with platforms and other stakeholders in the e-commerce industry.
Codisto’s app can connect your store with Amazon. It can also enable merchants to upload and sell products on eBay and Walmart. The company has a great support team who are ready and waiting to help your merchants reconnect their stores to Amazon.

2. Sell on Amazon Directly
For merchants who previously connected their online store to Amazon, all of their listings are saved on Amazon’s marketplace — which means they can continue to sell their existing items right on the Amazon platform. You can log in to your Amazon account to manage your products and orders, with the only a few key differences:
- Amazon orders will not appear in the Admin panel on the Shop App platform;
- New products listed on Amazon will not automatically be synchronized to the Shop App.
If you would prefer to simply sell on Amazon directly, then you will not need to make any changes within your Shop App. After the integration ends on July 31st, you can simply manage your Amazon listings and orders directly from your Amazon Professional Seller account.
