After you have created and sent an invoice to a customer, there may be instances where you need to re-send it. For example, a customer may say that they never received an invoice, or they lost it in their inbox.
You can re-send an existing invoice within your Payments app.
1. In your Payments app, navigate to your Invoices dashboard.
2. Find the invoice that you are looking to re-send. You may wish to utilize the search bar in the top-right corner of the Invoices dashboard. You can search by the customer's name, their email address, the dollar amount of the invoice, or other attributes.
3. Once you have found the invoice that you want to re-send, hover over the invoice in the list. A vertical ellipses icon will appear on the right-side; click on the vertical ellipses and select View Invoice Details from the dropdown menu.
4. On the Invoice Details page, select Send Invoice to email the invoice to the customer. Alternatively, you can select Download Invoice to download the invoice as a PDF, which you can attach to an email.
