Are you receiving a "Page not found" error when logging in to your Marketing 360® CRM account? If so, you can troubleshoot using the following steps:
1. Make sure that you are logging in using this page: app.marketing360.com.
2. If you attempt to log in using the above link, but receive an error message saying "Invalid username or password", then click the I forgot my password link to send an email to reset your password. The email will look something like this.
3. If you do not see the password reset email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Additionally, you may want to log in to any other email address that you have, as you could have signed up with another email address.
You can search your emails using the search bar in your email provider (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) using one of the subject line, from name, or from email:
Subject Line: Reset password
From Name: Marketing 360®
From Email: noreply@notifications.mymarketing360.com
4. Finally, if you do not see the password reset email in any of your inboxes - or you are still having other issues logging in - then please submit a Support Request to the Marketing 360® team. In your request, please provide as much detail as possible. Specify the exact web address of the page that you used to log in, as well as the email address that you use to log in. If you received a specific error message, please note it in your request and send a screenshot of the page if possible.
