Share Facebook Assets with Madwire® via a Partner Connection

If you are running Facebook Ads with the Marketing 360® team, then you will need to share your Facebook page assets with Madwire® by creating a partner connection.

To get started, log in to Facebook and go to business.facebook.com/settings. This link will bring you to the Meta Business Center:

• If you see the screen below, that means your page isn't yet added to the Meta Business Manager. Click here to learn how to add your Facebook Page to the Meta Business Manager. 
  
• If you instead land on the Meta Business Manager dashboard, then you can continue to the next section.

Note: You will need to be the Owner of your business' Facebook Page to complete these steps. If you are unsure if you own your page, click here to find the owner of your Facebook Page.

Add Madwire® as a Partner to your Meta Business Manager

Once your business' Facebook Page is added within Meta Business Manager, you will follow these steps:

1. Select Partners from the Users category on the left-hand sidebar.
2. Under Partner to share assets with, click Add.
   
3. Enter the Madwire® business ID 579812232836173 and click Next.
4. On the next window, you will need to share Full control. The process to share Full control will depend on whether your page uses the "Classic Pages" format or the "New Pages Experience" format:
   
   • If your page has the "New Pages Experience" format, then the menu will look like the screenshot below. Select your business page in the Select assets column, then select Full control.
     
     
     
   • If your page has the "Classic Pages" format, then the menu will look like the screenshot below. Select your business page in the Select assets column, then click the selections next to Revenue and Full Control - Everything in the Pages column.
     
     
     
   • If your menu does not contain the selections seen in either of the screenshots above, then navigate to the Select asset type column, and change your selection from New Pages Experience to Classic Pages (or vice versa).
5. Click Save changes. You will receive a message stating that you have shared your assets with Madwire® successfully.

Provide access to specific assets

After you've shared your Facebook Page assets with Madwire®, your Marketing Success Manager may ask you to share additional assets with them. To do this:

1. Under the Partners dashboard, select Madwire, then click the Share assets button.
   
   
2. On the Select asset type column, select the asset that you need to provide access for.
   
   
3. Select your business page in the Select assets column, then provide the necessary permissions in the Page column.
4. Click Save changes.

Repeat these steps for each different asset that you need to provide access for.
