- Log in to Facebook and go to business.facebook.com/settings. If you're in the Meta Business Suite make sure to go directly to business.facebook.com/settings to access the business manager.
- If you see this screen, you do not have a business manager and need to create one. If you already have a business manager, continue to Add Madwire® as a Partner to your Facebook Business Manager.
Creating a Business Manager and Adding Your Page

- To create a business manager, select Create Account in the top left and follow the prompts, or follow this Facebook article.
- From your newly created business manager go to Accounts, then select Pages.
- Click the Add drop-down button and select Add a Page.
- Enter your Facebook Page name, page ID, or URL and click add page.
- Once you've confirmed the page is in your business manager, continue to Add Madwire® as a Partner to your Facebook Business Manager.
IMPORTANT: The page you’re trying to add can’t be owned by another person or business manager. If another business manager is listed as the page owner here, you will need to be added to that business manager as an admin. If you are not an admin in the business manager that owns the page, you cannot share access. Jump to Finding The Page Owner if you need additional instructions on how to see who owns your page.
Add Madwire® as a Partner to your Facebook Business Manager
- Select Partners from the Users dropdown menu on the left
- Click the Add dropdown, and select Give a partner access to your assets.
- Enter the Madwire® business ID 827563650618210 and click Next.
- If Madwire® is already a partner you should see them located under the add button in which case select the share assets button.

Sharing Assets
- On the following screen, you can select your page and any additional assets to share.
- Choose Pages then either Classic Pages or New Pages Experience depending on your page type
- Select the page you want to share in the second column.
- Assign Madwire® full control to manage the asset in the third column.
- If your Facebook Page is built with the "New Pages Experience", you will share access as follows:
- Repeat these steps for all of the assets your Marketing Success Manager has requested access to, such as your App, Catalog, Pixel, Instagram, etc. Do not share your domain with this business manager. If you have already verified your domain, please follow the steps below. You will be sharing it with a different business manager.
Sharing your Domain on Facebook
- If you have verified your domain, you will follow the same steps, but use a different Business Manager ID. Please do not share your page with this business manager.
- Go back to Partners
- Click the Add button, and select 'Give a partner access to your assets'.
- Enter the business ID 579812232836173 and click Next.
- On the following screen, you can add Madwire® 2 to your domain.
- Scroll down and select domains in the first column.
- Select the domain you want to share in the second column.
- Assign Madwire® full control to manage the domain in the third column
- Click Save Changes.
Finding the Page Owner
If you’re using the New Pages Experience, follow these steps to find the page owner.
- Login to your Meta Business Suite: business.facebook.com
- Select All tools in the left navigation
- Select Page settings, then select New Pages Experience
- Under Page access, you can see what people and business accounts have access to the page as well as who owns the account.
If you have a Classic Page, follow these steps to find the page owner.
- Log in to Facebook and go to your page
- Select Settings in the left navigation
- Select Page Roles (you may need to scroll down to see page roles)
- Under the Page Owner section, you will see who owns the page. If a business manager owns the page, it will include an ID like this
- If the page owner's business ID does not match the ID in the URL when you go to business.facebook.com/settings, then you do not have access to the correct business manager and will not be able to give us access to the page.
If you are not able to gain ownership of your page from the current owner, follow these steps to regain ownership of your page through Facebook Support.
