The new & improved version of Marketing 360® is live!
As clients upgrade from the old version to the new version, there are a few things to learn that will make this even easier to get fully up to speed.

Second, there are a few key things you'll want to know about moving from the old to new version of Marketing 360.

2,900 Accounts Upgraded!
So far we’ve upgraded about 2,900 accounts from the old version! Currently, we are working through accounts that are not using the base platform in its entirety, such as those with the Free Forever CRM or Reputation and Forms only. These accounts are moving with limited access to the new apps (no reporting apps & a few others), but they will have the same access as they did in the old version.

We're About Half Way!
About half of all accounts have upgraded to the new version of Marketing 360®! The remaining accounts are those that do not have reporting data, so the second half should upgrade much faster.
Once all of the accounts are in the new version, we'll send the robots back out for the reporting data that is older than 90 days. You should start to see all of the historical data populating in your account over the coming weeks.

Ring-To notifications will stay active during migrations, but you won't see any screens in the new version to change those notifications just yet. If you need to update notifications for this feature, please submit a ticket to have our tech team change it in the meantime.
Call Tracking Channel Attributions
All of the Call Tracking channels in the new version are a work in progress. For now, the attribution (label) for all calls will come in as "other", but the team is working on reorganizing this to be specific for the many different apps.
SMS Account Setup
Some migrated accounts do not pull in the associated keyword. If you were actively using the SMS app in the old version, submit an IT ticket with the primary keyword and the new Marketing 360 account number for our team to connect manually. You may also try updating the timezone in your Business Information settings.

New URL, Same Login Email
The new version of Marketing 360 has a new URL. Bookmark it!
You will use the same email address as the old version to access your account. When it's time for your account to upgrade, you'll receive an email with a temporary password to log in for the first time.
90 Days of Reporting Data First
When your account first moves into the new version, there will be only the most recent 90 days worth of reporting data. This affects apps like Ads, Content, and Intelligence.
There are a lot of nerdy reasons it needs to happen this way, but we'll keep it simple here. As soon as your account has the most recent 90 days of reporting data, we’ll send the robots to retrieve the rest. That’s a lot of bits & bytes to move, so it’s likely going to take a while. Keep in touch with your dedicated team for a more specific update!
Moving Your Account May Take Up To 24 Hours
There are a lot of moving pieces when it comes to upgrading your account. If you log in right away, you may notice that some of the data is still filtering in. It can take up to 24 hours for all of the initial data to load into the new version.
Goodbye to the Old Branding
There were many different brand names for the tools and apps within the old version. This new iteration takes away the specific brand names in favor of a simpler approach.
