Text Marketing Lists

In addition to adding subscribers to your contacts list, you may also add these subscribers to specific lists. These lists allow you to segment your contacts and reach out to specific lists of people with targeted text marketing communication.

For example, create a list titled 'Customer Loyalty' to send promotions to your best customers.

Creating a New List

1. Navigate to your Text Marketing Lists page, then click + Create New List.

2. Create a list by assigning a combo keyword. For this example, we'll use the combo keyword of 'LOYALTY' for our customer list in addition to the base keyword of 'MADVENTURE'. Your contacts can text: MADVENTURE LOYALTY to your assigned text marketing number and they'll automatically be added to your Customer Loyalty list. If they're not already included in your text marketing contacts list, they'll be added there too!
