Text Marketing Contacts

The Contacts page in Marketing 360® Nurture displays all users that have subscribed to your text marketing communications. You can search your contacts by their name or phone number using the search bar near the top left corner of the page.

Edit any user's details by clicking their phone number in the left column. Once you're viewing their profile, several actions are available:

Editing Contacts

Edit their contact information by clicking the  icon.

Deleting Contacts

Delete them from your Contacts list by clicking the ⋮ icon and selecting Delete.

View Contact Details

Click the contact's phone number in the left column to view their full profile

Send a Message or Journey to an Contact

You can quickly send a single message or campaign to one of your contacts from the Contacts page by clicking Send. 

To send a single message, click Send Message. Next, write your text message, select when to send it, and click Schedule Message.

To send an automated journey, click Send Journey. Next, select which automated journey you'd like to send, confirm the recipient, and click Send Journey.
