Have questions about our platform or need assistance in a task? Here are a couple of different ways to get help.
Click on your name in the top-right corner of your Marketing 360® dashboard, then click Support to navigate directly to our Knowledge Base. You can browse support articles, watch walk-through videos, or submit a support ticket.
To submit a support ticket, click Submit a request in the top-right corner of the page. Please provide as much information about your issue as possible.
Is there a feature that you would like to see on Marketing 360®? Click the Give Feedback button to request a new feature, suggest a modification to an existing feature, or provide general feedback that is not an urgent support inquiry.
At the next screen, click the dropdown menu, scroll down, and select I have a suggestion for a new feature. From there, you will be directed to a form where you can enter your email address, describe the feature you would like to see, as well as an option to attach files, images, or screenshots.
My Dedicated Team
This section shows all of your dedicated Marketing360® account representatives. You can view their direct phone number, their direct email address, and the hours that they are available for contact. You can also request to hire additional members to help manage and enhance your digital marketing presence.
