Marketing 360® Listings allows you to update your business info once and sync it with 50+ of the most popular local directories, websites and apps! For the sake of simplifying, we call these different sites "platforms" in the Listings app.
Managing your business facts helps improve SEO by creating consistent and accurate profiles across the many different platforms.
Start by adding your business info into Marketing 360®. We'll publish that immediately to our partner directory, Top Rated Local. Then, you can complete the Listings setup wizard to sync your location across the web.
Viewing Your Listings
View the Listings Overview page to see where your location information has been synced. Let's take a look at the different information presented in the Overview panel.
Platform | The logo and platform name where Listings is connecting your business info |
Duplicates | "Possible Duplicates" indicates there may be more than one profile for your business on that platform |
Status Details | Click "Needs Attention" to learn more about why the platform may be Pending or Unavailable |
Status | There are 4 status options: Live, Pending, Unavailable or Opted-Out |
... Menu | Click the collapsible menu on the far right of the row to opt out/in of connecting your business to that individual platform |
Status Reporting Panels
Curious about how many platforms you have in each status? Get a high-level overview with the status reporting panels at the top.
Live | The business information is published on the platform |
Pending | The business information is in process of publishing on the platform. This will eventually result in Live or Unavailable |
Unavailable | The business information is not published on the platform. Typically, there is a Status Detail note with the explanation |
Opted-Out | A user has selected not to publish information to the platform |
Within each panel, you'll see a percentage followed by a count. The percentage is the number of platforms your listing has in that particular status compared to the total number of platforms available.
The count is the exact number of listings in that status compared to the total number available.
It's similar information presented in different ways to help it make the most sense to you.
Status Filters
You can leverage the information from the status reporting panels alongside these status filters to then quickly see the platforms in different filter statuses. Use the drop down menu on Status to organize the table of listings.
Viewing listings in 'pending' or 'unavailable' status will show you the platforms that need your attention, or at least provide an explanation for why your business info won't publish.
Removing Your Listing from a Platform
If you come across a platform you'd no longer like to be listed on, simply click the ⋮ icon to the right of the platform and select Opt Out. You can always opt back in whenever you want by clicking the same icon and selecting Opt In.
Manage Multiple Locations
If your business has more than one location, it's important to connect each of those to Listings separately. Every location deserves to have the correct information published across all platforms!
Easily switch between connected locations using the 'location switcher' in the top right.
It's an additional cost per location to connect with Listings, so reach out to your Dedicated Team or connect with our Customer Success team to get set up today.
