The CRM Reports page automatically tracks your contacts by type, status, source, and program. Other helpful reports show you projects by source, deals by status, and overall communications logged.
Filtering, Sorting, and Searching Reports
Filter reports by the team member they were assigned to, who they were assigned by, or contact status using the Filters drop down menu.
You can also break the data down to only view a specific date range.
While there is little action to be taken on the reports page, it's one of the most powerful tools in the CRM. Reference this page to get a convenient top level view of your contacts. Use the info you learn to make more informed business decisions in the future!
