Projects
While deals are meant to track prospective work, projects are meant to track actual work assigned within your business or organization. Once a deal is solidified, turn it to a project! Projects are one way to assign work to members of your business or organization. Use this page to keep track of that status of any project.

Tasks
Use tasks to assign work to a specific user inside your business organization. If you utilize repeated tasks, create a template for easy assigning! These tasks can be linked to a deal or project so no matter what work is being done, it can be associated to a contact, project or a deal.
For example, you can create Deals or Projects to scope out larger objectives, and create tasks for each individual step in the process. This gives you the ability to stay focused on the big picture while staying up to date with the day-to-day!
