When using the Marketing360® CRM with an e-commerce website, it can be very beneficial to retain the details of a customer's purchase in the CRM. This allows you to create detailed lists of users who purchased specific items, spent a specific amount in your store, etc.
Here's an easy list of details that can be pulled from a purchase to be stored in the CRM.

- Billing Address can be captured, but it cannot be separated to street, city etc. The address will contain Customer name, Customer phone number, and Customer email in address line
