Need ideas for your post? You can utilize the AI-powered text generator to create a post based on the information in your Brand Profile. Note: To use this feature to its full capabilities, it’s important to first complete the Brand Profile as thoroughly as possible. If the Brand Profile is not completed, there will be a message that appears and you will not be able to use this feature.
If you want to create posts with AI without using the Brand Profile, you can continue to use the Social tool’s built-in social post builder with CaptionAI.
Create a post using the text generator
To begin generating text:
- Click the blue Create a post button on the top-right corner of your Social app. The tool will proceed to pull information from your Brand Profile to personalize your post.
- Next, you will choose an objective for your social post. For example, building brand awareness, boosting purchases, or targeting a specific audience.
Note: Objectives you see will be based on the information and objective you have filled out in the Brand Profile. For example, if you said “No” to the Purchases Online Objective in Brand Profile, you will not see the “Boost Online Purchases” social post objective. - On the next page, add additional details to fine-tune your social post by selecting a tone, audience, product/service, etc. These fields will only populate with the information you entered in the Brand Profile. These are not required, but will help add more details to the prompt.
-
Select the number of posts to create (up to 10 at a time) and toggle on emojis and/or hashtags.
- Click Submit.
Posts created in this method will automatically be saved to the Content Library. They will show up at the beginning of the Content Library.
To complete the posting process, you will need to edit a post to pull in images, select what platforms to publish to, and schedule the post.
Editing and Scheduling Your Content
- To edit your social content, click the overflow menu on the content card, and click "Edit Content".
- This will launch the post editor, where you can edit your post's name, caption, media, and select what profiles to post to.
- After you have edited your post and it's ready to be scheduled, go back to your post and select 'Schedule Content' to select a date and time to post.
