The Social app's Content Library is where you can find every content item you have created. This centralized hub allows you to monitor content performance, make updates to your content, add new content in bulk, and more.
View your library
To access your library, click the Create tab at the top of your Social app, then select Content Library at the top of the page. You can easily customize the order in which your content appears, sorting by criteria such as unapproved content, creation date, unused content, or media type.
Need to find something specific? Use the search feature to filter by keywords or tags.
Want to change the display? Simply click the card or list icons. By default, your content will be shown in the card view, but you can switch to the list view with a quick click.
In both views, you'll see essential details for each content item: the image, title, caption count, the number of queues it’s in, times posted, and whether it’s in rotation. These details are represented as icons in card view and as columns in list view.
To pause a piece of content, simply toggle it to 'off.' This will remove it from any active schedules, ensuring it won’t post.
Upload media to your content library
To upload multiple images at once, click the "gear" icon at the top of your library, and select Upload Images. Here, you can easily select or drag and drop your files from your device into your library. You also have the option to import content using a CSV file, bring in recent posts, or set up a Google Drive connection for automatic media imports, updating hourly to save you time!
Create new content
To create a new content piece, click the Create Content button in the top-right corner, or the icon in the bottom-right corner. Follow the on-screen instructions to upload your media, add your own caption or create a captivating one using AI, and fine-tune your content.
Edit existing content
To edit an existing piece of content, simply click on it. This will open a page where you can edit the content by selecting the "three dots" icon in the right-hand corner, and view specific performance metrics.
