We’re excited to announce that we’re launching a new and improved version of Marketing 360 Social. Our goal is to give Marketing 360® users cutting-edge social tools to manage and grow their social presence.
In this guide, we’ll go over what’s changing, key dates, and how current Marketing 360 users can prepare for these changes for a smooth migration.
Key Dates
Sunsetting our current Social app (Social Legacy)
- You may continue creating and scheduling posts in Social (Legacy) until November 1st, 2024. After this date, the scheduling feature will be disabled.
- Social (Legacy) will still be accessible until the end of 2024. While you can’t use the scheduling tool after November 1st, you may still edit existing posts, access your media library, and view your social calendar until the end of the year.
- Social (Legacy) will stop publishing social posts at the end of 2024.
Launching our new Social App
- The new and improved Social app will launch October 25th, and will exist alongside Social (Legacy) until the end of the year when it is removed from the platform.
- Once our new Social app is live, you can connect your social profiles, and start utilizing your new social posting features.
How you can prepare
Take inventory of your social posts: Visit your Marketing 360 Social Calendar and make sure that you do not have any posts scheduled to post after the end of this year. If you do have social posts scheduled for after this date, they will not be published. We recommend copying your social post content into a safe space, and re-creating your posts in the new Social app once it is live.

Our old Social app will continue to post scheduled posts until the end of 2024.
When can I start using the new Marketing 360 Social?
October 25th, 2024.
What will happen to my media library?
Your Media Library will be deleted at the end of this year. We recommend downloading and storing your media from the media library on your device.
The new Social app will provide Canva integration, a Pexels image library, and other content tools you can use to create media for your Social posts!
What will happen to my Social Reports?
Social reports will still be available in the Social App and Intelligence reports, but will stop recording data at the end of 2024. Data from mid-October 2024 forward will be accessible in our new Social product.
