Our Single Sign-On (SSO) option gives customers the ability to sign in to their Marketing 360 account using their Google, Facebook or Apple credentials.
To use SSO, customers must first link their Marketing 360® account with Google, Facebook or Apple.
How to link an account for SSO
- Click the "user" icon on the top-right corner of your Marketing 360® dashboard, and select My Profile from the menu.
- Select Personal Info on the left-hand sidebar.
- Click on the Sign In button next to the platform you want to use for SSO. Note: Users can only use one third-party login at a time (Google, Apple or Facebook). For example, if a user connects their Google account via the Third-Party Logins page, they cannot sign in using Facebook or Apple. They may only use Google for SSO.
Once an account is linked, you can use our Single-Sign On to access both the web version and mobile app version of Marketing 360®. Simply click on the sign in method on the sign in page, and follow the prompts to sign into your account.
