The Header & Logo settings in the Design panel lets you manage your website's logo, favicon, and edit the spacing and border of your website's Header. These are Sitewide settings, so any changes you make here will apply to every page on your website.
To edit the Header & Logo settings of your website:
- Click Design at the top of your Websites app to open the Design panel.
- On the right-hand sidebar, navigate to the Sitewide tab and select Header & Logo.
You will have the option to modify the following settings:
Logo |
Upload an image to use as your website's logo. You can edit its size, width, and position in the header. If no logo is uploaded, then your Site Name will display in plain text. To change or replace your logo, hover your cursor over the image in this section, and click the "trash can" icon that appears. An upload field will appear in its place, where you can upload a new image. |
|
Favicon |
The Favicon is a small icon that appears next to your website name in internet browser window tabs, and sometimes in search engine results pages. You can upload an image to use as your Favicon here. The image file must be in the .png file format, and have a minimum 256px and maximum 512px per side. |
|
Container | The Container section lets you choose background or "fill" color or pattern for your Header. You can also add Padding, which adds extra empty space above or below the Header. | |
Border | You can choose to add a border around your Header. |
