You can use Zapier to create or update Leads in the CRM. Before you get started, you will want to ensure that your CRM is fully set up before making any Zapier connections:
Creating or updating a lead using Zapier
Overview: This action will create or update a Lead in the Marketing 360® CRM Leads Inbox. If the email address is found, the associated lead record will instead be updated with the info provided in the Zapier connection.
Required Fields
- Lead Name
- Email Address
- Lead Source
Other Available Fields
All Custom Text input and URL fields are available to be mapped
