The Reputation app lets you manage all of your business listings in one place - such as your Top Rated Local® listing, or any third-party listings for your business on sites like Facebook, Yelp, and Google My Business.
The tabs at the top of your Reputation app will bring you to the different dashboards, explained below.
The Overview dashboard gives you quick insight into reviews that have been left for your business or organization on the Top Rated Local® platform. Learn more about using the Reputation Overview dashboard to analyze your Top Rated Local® reviews.
The Reviews dashboard shows all of the reviews left on your Top Rated Local® profile. Use the Filters option near the top of the Overview to filter reviews by date, rating, or flag. You can also sort the reviews by score or date. Once you're viewing just the reviews you want, its time to take action!

Request Reviews dashboard
On the Request Reviews dashboard, you can ask your customers to leave reviews directly on your Top Rated Local® profile.
You can use the Review Request Templates to generate a template that prompts your customers to leave a review, which you can send to customers via an email or text message. Additionally, you can copy the unique Review Request URL at the top of the page to send it to your customers.

The Listings dashboard allows you to update your business info once and sync it with 50+ of the most popular local directories, websites and apps. First, complete the Listings setup wizard to sync your location across the web. Once set up, the Listings dashboard will show you where your location information has been synced.
The Widgets dashboard lets you download free widgets that you can embed on your website that points users to your Top Rated Local® profile. These widgets provide an easy opportunity to entice your website visitors to leave you a review.

The Settings dashboard lets you connect your Google My Business and Facebook accounts directly with Marketing 360®, as well as turn the Review Management tools on and off.
Select Connected Accounts on the left-hand sidebar to connect your Facebook and Google My Business accounts.
Select Review Management on the left-hand sidebar to configure the Review Management Tools. This tool automatically mark all new Top Rated Local® reviews as private when the overall rating is less than 2 stars. Toggling this does not effect reviews that are already posted.
