You can use Zapier to create or update a Contact in the CRM. Before you get started, you will want to ensure that your CRM is fully set up before making any Zapier connections:
Create or Update Contact in Marketing 360®
Overview: This action will create a new contact if the email address associated with the contact does not exist in the Marketing 360® CRM. If the email address is found, the associated contact record will instead be updated with the info provided in the Zapier connection.
Required Fields
- Contact Name
- Email Address
- Contact Source
- Contact Status
- Contact Type
Other Available Fields
All Custom Text input and URL fields are available to be mapped
Note: dropdown and multiple select fields are not available to be mapped.
