Learn how to use the Marketing 360® Mobile App + Payments to easily accept one-time payments using Tap to Pay. This allows you to take one-time payments via Apple Pay, digital wallets, or physical credit/debit cards that have contactless chips.
Feature Requirements:
- Available for US Customers.
- Tap to Pay on iPhone requires iPhone XS or later.
- Tap to Pay on iPhone requires iOS 16 or later.
- Location access must be enabled to accept payments.
To start accepting payments via Tap to Pay, you’ll first need to:
- Download the Marketing 360 Mobile App on the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
- Set Up Marketing 360 Payments by using the Marketing 360 Payments Setup Wizard, or contact a member of Payments support team at 855-462-3343!
- Sync your Business's Bank Account with Payments by following these instructions.

Authorize Tap to Pay on your phone using your Apple ID or Google Play ID.

How to accept payments using Tap to Pay
iOS devices
- Log into the Mobile App.
- Select Payments from the bottom navigation bar.
- Use the Right Hand + button and choose “Take One-Time Payment”.
- Enter the amount you would like to charge your customer using our one-time payments calculator, then click the blue Charge button.

Select “Tap to Pay”.
- Wait until your device shows a message at the top that says “Hold Here to Pay”.

Instruct your customer to place their phone with their digital wallet open, or their physical credit or debit card, where it says “Hold Here to Pay”.
- The App will show that that payment is processing.

Once the payment is successful, you will be able to start a new sale, save the card information to a Contact or exit out of the Payments calculator.
Android devices
- Log into the Mobile App.
- Select Payments from the bottom navigation bar.
- Use the Right Hand + button and choose “Take One-Time Payment”.
- Enter the amount you would like to charge your customer using our one-time payments calculator, then click the blue Charge button.

Select “Tap to Pay”. The screen will then say "Tap Behind Here".
- After a user taps their card or uses their digital wallet, the screen will say "Reading".
- If the payment completes, you will get a "Success" message. If you get a "Error - Try Again" message, then you will need to attempt the payment again.
