Add HelpfulCrowd to Your Shop

You can draw more customers to your Shop by integrating HelpfulCrowd with your store. HelpfulCrowd is a platform that displays product reviews on your store catalog and your product details page.

Install HelpfulCrowd

To add HelpfulCrowd to your store, you will follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Marketing 360® dashboard, and navigate to your store dashboard by selecting Shop from the App Bar dropdown menu.
2. Navigate to the App Market by selecting Apps > App Market on the left-hand sidebar.
3. In the App Market, select HelpfulCrowd: Video Product Reviews and Q&A.
4. On the app description page, click Install and follow the on-screen prompts.

After following the steps above, then the HelpfulCrowd will be added to your store's My Apps dashboard.

You will be able to see each product's "star rating" on the catalog pages, as well as the number of reviews on the product description page.
