The Marketing 360® Mobile App offers a Payments search tool to help you quickly find specific transactions. Easily look up past customers, invoices, or transactions that occurred on specific dates.
Search for Payments in the Mobile App
- To start your search, first visit the Payments section of the Marketing 360® Mobile App.
- Use the navigation bar to navigate to the type of transactions you would like to search (One-Times, Subscriptions, or Invoices).
- Click on the "magnifying glass" icon on the top left-hand corner.
- Enter your search query in the "search" field. For example, the name of a customer, the payment amount, the created date, an invoice number, and more.
Tip: You do not need to select a suggested search type to use the search feature. You may enter a search directly into the search field without selecting a suggested search type. - When you have entered your search query, click on “Search (search query)” to start your search.
Any matching transactions will appear, and you may click into a specific transaction to view its details.
To start a new search, simply click on the "search" field, and enter your new search query.
