View LSA Leads in the Leads Inbox
View LSA Phone and Message Leads within your CRM Leads Inbox. New leads will auto-populate, so you can view your LSA Leads along with your Marketing 360 Form and Call Tracking leads, all in the one place.
Visit a LSA Lead’s profile
Visit a leads profile by clicking their name on the Lead’s table. Profiles for Phone Leads will show the phone call recording*, while Message leads will show the service type they are interested in.
*Customers must use a Marketing 360 Call Tracking number in their LSA Campaign in order to see call recordings for LSA Leads in the Leads Inbox.
Manage and nurture your LSA Leads
Within your LSA Leads profile, you can take lead-nurturing actions such as taking notes, assigning tasks, and using quick-action buttons to contact the lead. Learn more about how to manage leads in their Lead Profile.
Save, Archive, and Restore LSA Leads
When a lead becomes a paying customer, or when a lead goes cold, you can choose to save them as a contact in your CRM, archive the lead to your Archived Leads table, or even delete a lead. Learn more about how to save, archive and restore leads.
